KOJE PODATKE OBRAĐUJEMO

Kontakt-forma: ime, email adresa, tema i tekst poruke. Google prijava: Google jedinstveni identifikator naloga (sub), ime i email iz potvrđenog Google ID tokena. Kada kupac sačuva podatke za dostavu ili pošalje porudžbinu: telefon, poštanska adresa, mesto, poštanski broj, poručeni artikli i istorija porudžbina.

SVRHA I PRAVNI OSNOV

Odgovaranje na upite, prijava na nalog na zahtev korisnika, priprema/izvršenje porudžbina i ispunjavanje zakonskih obaveza. Ne koristimo Google podatke za reklamno profilisanje niti prodajemo podatke oglašivačima.

GOOGLE PRIJAVA

Google dostavlja osnovne podatke identiteta potrebne da se napravi sesija kupca. Ne pristupamo sadržaju Gmail pošte, Google kontaktima ili Google Drive dokumentima. Kupac može zatražiti brisanje svog profila preko kontakt@bend-bunker13.com, uz eventualno zakonsko čuvanje podataka o transakcijama.

GDE SE ČUVAJU PODACI I KOME MOGU BITI DOSTAVLJENI

Sajt i serversko skladište koriste Cloudflare infrastrukturu. Poruke iz kontakt-forme i obaveštenja o narudžbinama mogu se dostaviti na verifikovano email odredište. Za realizaciju dostave neophodne podatke dostavljamo izabranoj kurirskoj službi. Za ispunjenje zakonskih obaveza moguće je dostavljanje ovlašćenim organima. Obrada kod infrastrukturnih pružalaca može uključivati prenos van Srbije, u skladu sa primenljivim pravilima i ugovorima.

KOLAČIĆI I LOKALNO SKLADIŠTE

Koriste se bezbednosni/sesijski kolačići potrebni za prijavljivanje, a korpa se privremeno čuva u localStorage pregledača. Cloudflare može koristiti tehničke bezbednosne podatke za zaštitu sajta od zloupotreba.

Contact form: name, email address, subject and message. Google sign-in: the verified Google account identifier, name and email address used to sign you in. If you save a delivery profile or place an order once sales are enabled: phone number, address, postcode, city, selected items and order status. We do not request access to your Gmail inbox, Google contacts or Drive files.

PURPOSE AND LEGAL BASIS

We use information to answer enquiries, provide account sign-in and requested account functions, prepare potential orders and comply with applicable obligations where relevant. The precise legal basis depends on the activity and law. We do not sell Google sign-in data to advertisers or use it for advertising profiling.

GOOGLE SIGN-IN AND ACCOUNTS
